I. Service Management Specialist
Single point of contact for customers for service delivery
Facilitate team meeting and activities with customer’s operations team
Annual service review, ensuring support readiness
Manage service delivery based on agreed SLA/KPI
Coordinate SLA/KPI review and updates
Review service performance, metrics, operational issues
Identify service needs and opportunities based on service performance, metrics, operational issues or emerging unmet needs

+5 years’ experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent
University degree or equivalent in IT or other applicable discipline
Strong leadership skill
Holding ITIL certification is preferably

II. Junior Product Specialist – Graduate Program
Identify, develop and manage of the end-to-end lifecycle of products and collaboration offers against the offer portfolio and ensure its profitability.
Deliver on all overarching collateral executing the ‘go to market’ plan for products and collaboration offer roadmap.
Position, differentiate, and collaboration offers in the marketplace through competitive analysis and analysis of market trends.
Create business plans development for multiple segments, forecast sales volumes, market penetrations, mix and work with pricing to achieve planned contribution margins.
Interface with multiple groups, nationally and globally, to develop new and collaboration offers and modify or bundle existing offers.
Provide services to transition offers from development to launch.
The conduit position to the Telstra and Telkom offer marketing teams to ensure offers are aligned and existing assets are leveraged.

III. Finance & GL Accountant
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Forecast based on collection status and payment schedule to vendor/ others
Checking Employee Reimbursement claims (Travel settlement, Transport, Entertainment)
Ensure that’s any claims are comply with company policy and procedure
Maintain Listing and balance of Inventory e.g. Finished Goods, Spare parts and reconcile between Ledger and Physical
Maintain WIP listing and its outstanding balance
Ensure daily and monthly transactions is posted to appropriate GL account, cost center, and project code
Posting AP document to Accounting systems and ensure all supporting documents are completed
Maintain AP (Account Payable) Listing and reconciliation with AP documents
Maintain Open Goods received listing and coordinate with other functions
Prepare & maintain Fixed Asset and depreciation report in accordance with Accounting Module (additional, disposal, physical count reconciliation)
Monthly journal for Revenue and COGS recognition
Posting monthly journal for month end process
Preparing Monthly Upload Journal for Telstra’s Oracle system and ensure its posted to the appropriate GL account
Maintain Intercompany Receivable and Payable balance
Support Tax Reports and Tax Matters
Review and analysis of accounting records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures
Generate monthly Financial reporting and ensure its reconcile with each Balance Sheet account
Providing appropriate support to external and internal customer about Finance process and comply with Accounting and company policies.
Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting & finance
Strong understanding of financial accounting & process
Good Knowledge in Indonesian taxation
Able to work Independent
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Excellent skill in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent analytical skills with orientation to details
Possess good leadership and communication skill
IV. Business Analyst
Provide process development and support to product launches ensuring Operational units are able to execute their functions in line with their responsibilities and KPI’s
Perform high level/advanced process analysis and diagnosis and recognise patterns in data to initiate incremental improvements and solutions to existing processes, products and systems in designated area
Conduct research, modelling, forecasting, measuring and reporting to support business decisions for designated area; Escalate unanticipated variations for approval
Provide quality advice based on relevant technical knowledge
Undertakes a leading role in developing business processes as required
Support ORT requirements during launch phase to ensure process are adjusted as required to meet business outcomes
Recommend step improvements in own area and between areas, including awareness of best practice
