Plan, obtain, direct and control sales and its marketing operations in the region through managing distributors, and direct customers network to achieve the sales targets and objectives in line with PT PLI Indonesia’s policies and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
Implement annual sales plan, marketing strategies (trade promotion, gathering) and budget for the region to achieve sales target and objectives.
Achieve sustainability sales growth and profit objectives through the development, implementation, and monitoring of an annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan. Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Develop and manage dealers and staff through guidance, coaching and training programs to achieve company’s sales target and objectives to ensure continuous growth
Gather market intelligence and recommend actions plans as to maintain PLI Indonesia’s business competitiveness in the market.
Manage customers’ TAR performance in order to minimize business risk and credit exposure to PLI Indonesia.
Provide guidance on asset and loaned equipment through proper recordings and monitoring in line with the company’ policies and procedures.
Compliance with Code of Conduct and HSE policies, corporate policies, system and procedures. No fatality incident, for PLI Indonesia and business partners.
Developing personal capability, distributor capability to increase the conversion rate and to get more profitability costumer for PLI Indonesia.
Submit monthly sales forecast
Sales reporting
Whenever required, provide technical advice and training related with (but not limited to): oil analysis interpretation, formulation and test for NPT registration, troubleshooting and product trial at customer site.

Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related background.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
Min 3 years related experience in Sales and have exposure in Industrial sales, and Retail Sales /FMCG./B2B
Language skills: English are essential.
